Across his roles, Benedict has developed and implemented KPI frameworks, overseen multi-million-dollar budgets, launched digital products, and built hiring and onboarding systems from the ground up. His experience working directly with founders has honed his ability to align strategic priorities with execution, bringing clarity and structure to fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
